We are pleased to share that on August 23, 2021, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) of Pakistan has made preliminary determination in antidumping investigation of “Cold Rolled Coils/Sheets (CRC)” from European Union, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam. As a result of its preliminary determination, NTC has imposed provisional measures for a period of four months on imports of CRC from these sources at the following rates:
Taiwan: 6.18%
European Union: 6.50%
South Korea: 13.24%
Vietnam: 17.25%
Keeping our tradition to serve the domestic industry in the most befitting manner, we have the honor to represent domestic industry (i.e. M/s. International Steels Limited and M/s. Aisha Steel Mills Limited) in this matter by filing an antidumping application and pursuing the same before the NTC.
