On November 02, 2023, the National Tariff Commission (the Commission) has initiated a sunset review of anti-dumping duty levied on dumped imports of Certain Uncoated Writing/Printing Paper (Certain Paper) into Pakistan Originating in and/or Exported From Brazil, China, Indonesia, Japan and Thailand. It is expected that on the conclusion of this review, antidumping duties will be extended.
We prepared and filed this sunset review application on behalf of the domestic industry.
