On February 08, 2017, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) in the matter of an anti-dumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of our client (M/s. International Steels Limited, Karachi) has imposed definitive anti-dumping duty against dumped imports of Galvanized Steel Coils/Sheets into Pakistan from China for a period of five years effective from February 08, 2017, on the following exporters/producers. The anti-dumping duty rates are determined on the basis of C&F value in ad valorem terms and are set out as under:
