On January 19, 2017, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) in the matter of an antidumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of our client (M/s. Aisha Steel Mills Limited, Karachi) has imposed definitive antidumping duty retroactively at the rates mentioned below on C&F value in ad val. terms on imports of Cold Rolled Coils/Sheets importable from China and Ukraine for a period of five years effective from the date of publication of notice of preliminary determination in the Official Gazette on January 13, 2016 in the press, on the following exporters/producers:
