On April 25, 2018, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) in the matter of an anti-dumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of our client (M/s. Engro Polymer & Chemicals Limited, Karachi) has imposed definitive anti-dumping duties at the rates mentioned below on C&F value in ad val. terms on imports of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Resin into Pakistan Originating in and/or Exporting from China, Chinese Taipei, South Korea and Thailand under PCT Heading No. 3904.1090, for a period of five years with effect from June 13, 2017:
