On August 19, 2026, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) has initiated a Sunset Review of definitive anti-dumping duties imposed on Cold Rolled Steel Coils/Sheets (CRC/Sheets) originating in and/or exported from China, Chinese Taipei, the European Union, the Republic of Korea and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Before expiry of the existing anti-dumping duties, our firm filed the Sunset Review application on behalf of the domestic industry, International Steels Limited (ISL) and Aisha Steel Mills Limited (ASML). During the pendency of the review, the existing anti-dumping duties will remain in force and upon conclusion of the review, the duties may be extended for a further period of five years to protect the domestic industry from dumping by foreign producers/exporters of CRC/Sheets.
