The National Tariff Commission (NTC) has concluded the Sunset Review Investigation concerning the definitive anti-dumping duties imposed on imports of Phthalic Anhydride from the People’s Republic of China, Chinese Taipei, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea on September 25, 2026.

Following its review, the NTC has made an affirmative determination/conclusion regarding the likelihood of continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury and has accordingly extended the definitive anti-dumping duties for a further period of five (05) years with effect from June 05, 2026 ranging from 9.57% to 24.61%.
