On July 15, 2026, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) of Pakistan imposed a provisional anti-dumping duty of 10.79% on imports of Dextrose Monohydrate (PCT 1702.3000) Originating in and /or exported from the People’s Republic of China. The provisional duty has been imposed for a period of four months, effective immediately from July 15, 2026.

We are honored to have represented Rafhan Maize Products Co. Ltd. and Matco Foods Limited throughout this investigation, from preparing and filing the anti-dumping application to actively pursuing the case before the Commission. The provisional determination reflects the Commission’s preliminary findings that dumped imports caused material injury to Pakistan’s domestic industry. We remain optimistic that the final determination will further reinforce these findings and provide long-term relief to Pakistan’s domestic producers.
