On April 17, 2026, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan (NTC) in pursuance of an antidumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of our clients (M/s. Engro Polymer & Chemicals Limited) has initiated antidumping investigation against dumped of imports of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Resin – Suspension Grade into Pakistan originating in and/or exported from the Republic of Indonesia and the United States of America.

We are optimistic that the investigation will lead to a favorable outcome, including the imposition of provisional and definitive anti-dumping duties on the dumped imports of the investigated product from the exporting countries.
