We are pleased to share that on December 11, 2025, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) has concluded the Sunset Review Investigation concerning anti-dumping duties on Aluminium Beverage Cans originating in Jordan, Sri Lanka and the UAE, positively determining the likelihood of continuation/recurrence of dumping and injury. As a result, the Commission has extended the definitive anti-dumping duties for an additional three (3) years. S.U.Khan Associates represented the domestic industry (Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited “PABC”) in this review investigation.

This result reflects close collaboration between our firm and PABC, rigorous evidence and argumentation presented during the course of investigation, and the robust trade-remedy framework administered by the NTC.
