Anti-Dumping Duties on PVC Resin Extended
On January 02, 2026, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) has concluded the Second Sunset Review of anti-dumping duties on Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Resin – Suspension Grade, extending the measures for a further three (03) years, effective June 08, 2025.
The Commission determined that cessation of the duties would likely lead to continuation and/or recurrence of dumping and material injury. Accordingly, duties on imports from China, Chinese Taipei, Korea, and Thailand remain in force at the notified rates.
This decision provides continued protection to the domestic industry and ensures regulatory certainty for stakeholders over the next three years.
