On February 20, 2026, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) issued its Notice of Final Determination extending the existing definitive anti-dumping duty of 19.04% on Cold Rolled Coils/Sheets (CRC) of width upto 1250 mm originating in and/or exported from China to imports of Cold Rolled Coils/Sheets (CRC) to width above 1250 mm as well. The NTC found that exporters were circumventing existing measures by shipping slightly modified CRC products to evade duties and decisively closed this loophole.

Notably, this marks the third circumvention investigation concluded by the NTC in just nine months. This determination also restores the full remedial effect of the anti-dumping measures, reinforces regulatory credibility, and helps ensure a level playing field for local manufacturers who have invested heavily in capacity, quality, and exports.
