Initiation of Second Sunset Review of Anti-Dumping Duties Imposed on Dumped Imports of Sulphonic Acid imported from China, India, Indonesia, Iran, South Korea and Chinese Taipei

on May 23, 2025, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan initiated second sunset review of anti-dumping duties imposed on dumped imports of Sulphonic Acid imported from People’s Republic of China, the Republic of India, the Republic of Indonesia, Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Korea and Chinese Taipei.

Our firm prepared and filed the sunset review application on behalf of the domestic industry for the continuation of antidumping duties.
