On May 23, 2025, the National Tariff Commission, Government of Pakistan (the Commission), has initiated Anti-circumvention Investigation in the matter of anti-dumping duties imposed on Cold Rolled Coils / Sheets into Pakistan Originating in and/or Exported from China. This investigation aims to scrutinize the circumvention of antidumping duties levied on dumped imports of Cold Rolled Coils/Sheets, a pivotal step in safeguarding Pakistan’s domestic market. Our firm prepared and filed the anti-circumvention application on behalf of our clients (M/s. International Steels Limited and M/s. Aisha Steel Mills Limited).

We are confident that as a result of this investigation, our duly substantiated request to not to define width in the scope of the antidumping measures from China to cover wider CRC products would be acceded.
