Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation Against Alleged Dumped Imports of Cefadroxil Originating in and/or Exported from the People’s Republic of China

On May 21, 2025, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan (NTC) in pursuance of an antidumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of our client (M/s. Pharmagen Limited, Lahore) has initiated antidumping investigation against dumping of Cefadroxil into the commerce of Pakistan Originating in and/or exported from People’s Republic of China. We hope the domestic industry will enjoy the benefits of the said antidumping investigation in the shape of imposition of definitive antidumping duties.
