On 29 July 2026, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) of Pakistan issued its Notice of Final Determination in the remand proceedings concerning BOPP Self-Adhesive Tapes in Jumbo Rolls originating in and/or exported from China. Following a fresh examination of the matter, the Commission reaffirmed its findings that the dumped imports had materially retarded the establishment of the domestic industry. Accordingly, the Commission has maintained the definitive anti-dumping duty of 26.76% ad valorem, effective from 31 January 2025 and remaining in force until 30 January 2030.
