Preliminary Determination and Imposition of Provisional Antidumping Duties on Dumped Imports of PVC Resin (Suspension Grade) Originating in and/or Exported from Indonesia and the United States

On July 23, 2026, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) of Pakistan has imposed a provisional anti-dumping duties ranging from 17.30% to 37.30% on dumped imports of ๐๐•๐‚ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐ง (๐’๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐†๐ซ๐š๐๐ž) originating in and/or exported from Indonesia and the United States. The provisional duty came into effect on 23 July 2026 and will remain in force for four months.
