On July 18, 2025, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan (NTC) in pursuance of an antidumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of our clients (M/s. Lucky Core Industries Limited and M/s. Olympia Chemicals Limited) has initiated antidumping investigation against dumping of Disodium Carbonate (Soda Ash) into the commerce of Pakistan Originating in and/or Exported from the Republic of Türkiye and the Republic of Kenya. We hope the domestic industry will enjoy the benefits of the said antidumping investigation in the shape of imposition of definitive antidumping duties.
