Initiation of Sunset Review of Anti-Dumping Duties Levied on Dumped Imports of PVC Resin Suspension Grade imported from China, Chinese Taipei, Korea and Thailand

on June 02, 2025, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan initiated second sunset review of anti-dumping duties levied on dumped imports of Polyvinyl Chloride Resin Suspension Grade into Pakistan Originating in and / or Exported from the People’s Republic of China, Chinese Taipei, the Republic of Korea and Kingdom of Thailand.

Our firm prepared and filed the sunset review application on behalf of the domestic industry for the continuation of antidumping duties.
