Preliminary Determination of an Antidumping Investigation against Dumped Imports of “Chlorinated Paraffin Wax (CPW)” into Pakistan from China, Iran and Qatar

On August 05, 2024, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan has made preliminary determination in antidumping investigation against dumped imports of “Chlorinated Paraffin Wax (CPW)” into Pakistan from the People’s Republic of China, Islamic Republic of Iran and the State of Qatar. Provisional measures have been imposed on dumped imports of CPW ranging from 15.63% to 38.00% w.e.f August 04, 2024. 

We prepared and filed this antidumping application with the National Tariff Commission on behalf of our client M/s Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited.
