Yet another achievement of S.U.Khan Associates Corporate & Legal Consultants. Today, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan has made preliminary determination in antidumping investigation of Inorganic Yellow Chrome Pigment and have levied antidumping duties ranging from 26.59% to 51.91% on imports of “Inorganic Yellow Chrome Pigment” from South Korea and India, respectively. These duties have been imposed pursuant to a significant increase in volume of imports from subject countries, at highly dumped prices.

S.U.Khan Associates Corporate & Legal Consultants filed the instant petition (application) and defending the same before the investigating authority i.e. National Tariff Commission, on behalf of the domestic industry (i.e. M/s Poplon Pakistan Private Limited).
