On January 27, 2018, the National Tariff Commission (NTC) in the matter of an anti-dumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of our client (M/s Tufail Chemicals Industries Limited, Karachi) has imposed definitive antidumping duties at the rates mentioned below on C&F value in ad val. terms on imports of Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid (LABSA) importable from China, India, Indonesia, Iran, South Korea and Chinese Taipei for a period of five years effective from May 25, 2017:
