On June 05, 2020, the National Tariff Commission (NTC), Government of Pakistan made its preliminary determination in an antidumping investigation against Dumped Imports of Phthalic Anhydride into Pakistan originating in and / or Exported from China, Chinese Taipei, South Korea and Russian Federation. We prepared and filed this antidumping application with the NTC on behalf of our client M/s Nimir Chemicals Pakistan Limited, Lahore.
Final determination shall be made within 180 days of this preliminary determination.
