The National Tariff Commission (NTC) in an antidumping case for our clients (M/s. Descon Oxychem Limited, Lahore and M/s. Sitara Peroxide Limited, Faisalabad), has imposed definitive antidumping duty against dumped imports of Hydrogen Peroxide into Pakistan from Bangladesh for a period of five years effective from October 16, 2015, on the following exporters/producers:
Tasnim Chemical Complex Ltd: 12.14%
Samuda Chemical Complex Ltd: 10.67%
All Others: 12.14%
