On January 13, 2016, the National Tariff Commission (NTC), in the matter of an antidumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of M/s. Aisha Steel Mills Limited, Karachi, has imposed antidumping duties on dumped imports of Cold Rolled Coils/Sheets from China and Ukraine ranging from 8.31% to 19.04%. With the imposition of these antidumping duties, the applicant domestic industry will surely get the desired protection against the unfair trade practices / pricing by producers/exporters from China and Ukraine.
