On February 15, 2017, the National Tariff Commission, Government of Pakistan (NTC) made its preliminary determination in an antidumping investigation against Dumped Imports of Polyester Filament Yarn (PFY) into Pakistan Originating in and/or Exported from the Peoples’ Republic of China and Malaysia. We are representing a large number of Chinese and Malaysian exporters/foreign producers of PFY in this antidumping investigation.
