On May 12, 2017, the National Tariff Commission, Government of Pakistan, in the matter of an antidumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of M/s. Century Paper & Board Mills Limited, Karachi, has imposed provisional anti-dumping duties on C&F value in ad val. terms on imports of One Side Coated Duplex Board (PCT Heading No. 4810.9200 and 4810.9900) importable from the People’s Republic of China, Republic of Indonesia and Republic of Korea for a period of four months effective from May 12, 2017. The anti- dumping duty rates are determined on C&F value in ad val terms and are as under:
People’s Republic of China 15.12%
Republic of Indonesia 12.87%
Republic of Korea 14.98%
