On February 28, 2017, the National Tariff Commission, Government of Pakistan, in the matter of an antidumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of M/s. Century Paper & Board Mills Limited, Karachi, has imposed provisional anti-dumping duty at the rates mentioned below on C&F value in ad val. terms on imports of Coated Bleached Board/Folding Box Board from the People’s Republic of China for a period of four months effective from February 28, 2017, on the following exporters/producers:
Ningbo Asia Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. 5.13%
Ningbo Zhonghua Paper Co., Ltd. 5.13%
Guangxi Jingui Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. 5.13%
Gold East (Hong Kong) Trading Co., Ltd. 5.63%
All other exporters non-cooperating 31.62%
Final determination shall be made within 180 days of this preliminary determination.
