The National Tariff Commission (NTC) has initiated an antidumping investigation against alleged dumping of Cotton Yarn (55.5 and above counts) from India on August 20, 2015. We prepared and filed this anti-dumping application on behalf of our client “All Pakistan Textile Mills Association – APTMA”.
Initiation of a number of cases on the basis of applications prepared and filed by us during last quarter is an ample proof of our commitment to serve the domestic industry with excellence in trade defense laws.
