On December 03, 2016, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan (NTC), in pursuance of an antidumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of M/s. Nimir Chemicals Pakistan Limited, Lahore, has initiated antidumping investigation against dumping of Phthalic Anhydride from Russian Federation. Hopefully, with the imposition of antidumping duties, the domestic industry will get the desired protection against the unfair trade practices of producers/exporters from Russia.
