On February 29, 2020, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan (NTC) in pursuance of an antidumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of our client namely “Poplon Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited, Lahore” has initiated antidumping investigation against dumping of “Inorganic Yellow Chrome Pigment” into the commerce of Pakistan Originating in and/or Exported from the Republic of India and Republic of Korea.
We hope the domestic industry will enjoy the benefits of the said antidumping investigation in the shape of imposition of definitive antidumping duties.
