Century Paper &amp; Board Mills Limited, Karachi, has imposed provisional anti-dumping duty at the rates mentioned below on C&amp;F value in\u00a0<em>ad val<\/em>. terms on imports of Coated Bleached Board\/Folding Box Board\u00a0from the People&#8217;s Republic of China for a period of four months effective from February 28, 2017, on the following exporters\/producers:<\/p>\n<p>Ningbo Asia Pulp &amp; Paper Co., Ltd. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a05.13%<\/p>\n<p>Ningbo Zhonghua Paper Co., Ltd. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 5.13%<\/p>\n<p>Guangxi Jingui Pulp &amp; Paper Co., Ltd. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 5.13%<\/p>\n<p>Gold East (Hong Kong) Trading Co., Ltd. \u00a0 \u00a05.63%<\/p>\n<p>All other exporters non-cooperating \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 31.62%<\/p>\n<p>Final determination shall be made within 180 days of this preliminary determination.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ntc.gov.pk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Notice-of-Preliminary-Determination-CBB-ADC-NO.44.pdf\">Notice of Preliminary Determination.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"On February 28, 2017, the National Tariff Commission, Government of Pakistan, in the matter of an antidumping application prepared and filed by our firm on behalf of M\/s.
