On\u00a0January 20, 2017, the National Tariff Commission, Government of Pakistan (NTC) has concluded\u00a0a Sunset Review\u00a0investigation concerning\u00a0anti-dumping duties imposed on dumped imports of Hydrogen Peroxide\u00a0imported from Belgium, China, Indonesia, South Korea, Chinese Taipei,\u00a0Thailand & Turkey and continued anti-dumping duties for a further period of five years. As a result thereof, the domestic industry of Hydrogen Peroxide will enjoy anti-dumping duties for a period of\u00a0ten consecutive years<\/u>\u00a0which may be extended to 5 or even more years. We prepared and filed this\u00a0sunset review application on behalf of\u00a0our clients\u00a0(M\/s. Descon Oxychem Limited, Lahore and M\/s. Sitara Peroxide Limited, Faisalabad).<\/b><\/p>\n
