The provisional duty has been imposed for a period of four months, effective immediately from July 15, 2026.<br><br>We are honored to have represented <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/rafhan-maize-products-company-limited\/\">Rafhan Maize Products Co. Ltd.<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/matco-foods\/\">Matco Foods Limited<\/a> throughout this investigation, from preparing and filing the anti-dumping application to actively pursuing the case before the Commission. The provisional determination reflects the Commission&#8217;s preliminary findings that dumped imports caused material injury to Pakistan&#8217;s domestic industry.
