These duties will remain in force for four months, effective from 15 January 2026.<br><br>We were privileged to represent Lucky Core Industries Limited and Olympia Chemicals Limited, from the preparation and filing of the anti-dumping application to diligent pursuit of the case before the Commission. The determination reflects the NTC\u2019s preliminary finding of dumping and material injury to the domestic industry caused by unfairly traded imports.<br><br>This development marks an important step toward protecting Pakistan\u2019s domestic chemical industry and reinforces the effectiveness of evidence-based trade remedies in addressing unfair trade practices.
