These duties will remain effective for four months from the date of publication of the\u00a0Notice of Preliminary Determination\u00a0i.e. 17-Sep-2025.<br><br>In line with our commitment to safeguarding the domestic industry, we had the privilege of representing\u00a0our client (Pharmagen Limited)\u00a0by preparing and filing the antidumping application and diligently pursuing the matter before the Commission.<br><br>This is a significant step toward protecting the domestic industry from unfair trade practices by foreign producers\/exporters.
