Today, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan has made preliminary determination in antidumping investigation of Inorganic Yellow Chrome Pigment and have levied antidumping duties ranging from 26.59% to 51.91% on imports of &#8220;Inorganic Yellow Chrome Pigment&#8221; from South Korea and India, respectively. These duties have been imposed pursuant to a significant increase in volume of imports from subject countries, at highly dumped prices.<\/p>\n<p>S.U.Khan Associates Corporate &amp; Legal Consultants filed the instant petition (application) and defending the same before the investigating authority i.e. National Tariff Commission, on behalf of the domestic industry (i.e. M\/s Poplon Pakistan Private Limited).
