On May 03, 2019, the National Tariff Commission (NTC), Government of Pakistan has imposed provisional antidumping duty ranging from 17.14% to 21.86% on dumped imports of\u00a0ALUMINIUM BEVERAGE CANS into the commerce of Pakistan originating in and\/or exported from Jordan, Sri Lanka and UAE.\u00a0We prepared and filed this antidumping application with the NTC\u00a0on behalf of our client M\/s. Pakistan Aluminum Beverage Cans Limited, Faisalabad.<\/p>\n

Of course this provisionally determined antidumping duty is meant to provide level playing field to the applicant domestic industry, during the investigation, against unfair trade practices of foreign producer \/ exporters.<\/p>\n

Final determination shall be made within 180 days of this preliminary determination.<\/p>\n
