In case of changed circumstances the case of antidumping duty can be reviewed on application from any interested party

New shipper review can be initiated for new exporters who did not export during the period of investigation and who are not related to exporters/foreign producers on whom duty is already levied

Sunset review can be initiated by the NTC before expiry of 5 years period for extension of antidumping duty on the request of applicant domestic industry

In case of positive determination of sunset review, antidumping duty can be extended for another period of 5 years

In case of negative determination of sunset review, antidumping duty lapses on completion of 5 years period

On offer of price undertaking by the exporters and its subsequent acceptance by the NTC, antidumping duty can be suspended even after sun-set review
