After analysis of information gathered from all the sources, provisional determination is made. This cannot be made before 60 days and after 180 days from the date of initiation of investigation

Provisional determination includes determination of dumping, injury and causal link between dumping and injury

In case of positive determination, antidumping duty is levied for a period of 4 months, further extendable to 2 months

In case of negative determination, the investigation is terminated through notice

After positive determination if price undertaking is offered by the exporters/foreign producers and accepted by the NTC, the levy of antidumping duty is suspended
