At least one month before levy of definitive antidumping duty, Statement of Essential Facts is circulated to all the interested parties for comments/views

Final determination is made within 180 days from the date of provisional determination

Final determination includes determination of dumping, injury and causal link between dumping and injury

In case of positive determination, antidumping duty is levied for 5 years

In case of negative determination, the investigation is terminated through notice

In case of offer of price undertaking from the exporters and acceptance by the NTC, the investigation is terminated

Interested parties can request for disclosure meeting to know the methodology and calculation of antidumping duty. However, hearing cannot be requested by interested parties at this stage

In case definitive antidumping duty is higher than the provisional antidumping duty, no recovery is made from the importers

In case definitive antidumping duty is lower than the provisional antidumping duty, refund is made to importers on request within 30 days from the date of publication of notice
