Both of our clients, exporter of Polyester Staple Fibre, namely Huvis Corporation., from Korea and P.T Indorama Synthetics Tbk., from Indonesia have got zero percent (0%) Antidumping Duty at Final determination announced by the National Tariff Commission (NTC) of Pakistan on June 07, 2007. This investigation was initiated by the NTC on August 09, 2006 against alleged dumping of Polyester Staple Fibre into Pakistan from Indonesia, Thailand and South Korea. |
