On May 23, 2017, the National Tariff Commission, Government of Pakistan (NTC) made its preliminary determination in an antidumping investigation against Dumped Imports of Deformed Concrete Reinforcing Steel Bars into Pakistan Originating in and/or Exported from the Peoples’ Republic of China. We prepared and filed this antidumping application with the NTC on behalf of our clients M/s Amreli Steels Limited Karachi, M/s Agha Steel Industries Limited, Karachi and M/s Abbas Engineering Limited, Karachi.
Final determination shall be made within 180 days of this preliminary determination.
