On May 31, 2017, the National Tariff Commission (NTC), Government of Pakistan has imposed provisional antidumping duty @ 13.68% on dumped imports of Phthalic Anhydride into Pakistan Originating in and/or Exported from Russian Federation. We prepared and filed this antidumping application with the NTC on behalf of our prestigious client M/s Nimir Chemicals Pakistan Limited. Of course this provisionally determined antidumping duty is meant to provide level playing field to the applicant domestic industry, during the investigation, against unfair trade practices of foreign producers / exporters.
